For an easy and tasty lunch, I often have hash browns topped with fried eggs. Sort of like an open sandwich. A one (frying) pan event. Very tasty and very convenient. Yesterday for lunch, I decided to put an half slice of sandwich sized cheddar cheese between the hash brown and the egg. What a good move. It certainly put me in a good mood. Next time I’ll try smearing some hot English mustard on the cheese and add a slice of ham.
Lots of white pepper and a smidgeon of salt over the egg finished it off to tangy perfection.
